This position will work out of the 'The Avenue' Milwaukee space. It offers an arcade-like first floor with plenty of opportunities to have fun or relax including a food hall that’s open Monday through Friday.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years marketing communications experience including project management and copywriting. Experience in higher education, healthcare or financial services preferred.
  • Proficient skills in the Adobe Creative Suite software, as well as Microsoft Office products.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate projects for the marketing department, tracking progress and helping to support writing and content when needed.
  • Host project kickoff meetings with stakeholders concerning all aspects of projects, including expectations, turnaround time, and approvals. Ensure ongoing communication and updates are provided throughout the project.
  • Route projects through the department and/or coordinate with external vendors to insure timely execution.
  • Work closely with Admissions and Marketing leadership to ensure all marketing strategies and messages are integrated and flow across channels.
  • Maintain and manage marketing content library, web to print resources, online store, print and production vendors.
  • Act in an administrative capacity to maintain and manage marketing documents.
  • Develop, execute and report out on market, competitor and student research including focus groups.
  • Manage online store and inventory of Herzing merchandise, signage and other materials.
  • Facilitate internal communication to employees and staff about marketing updates.
