We are looking for a talented Engineering Manager to join our team specializing in Process Engineering for our Manufacturing Engine Business in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manages the activities for a department including budgeting, resource planning, project management activities, and peer reviews for the purchase, implementation of manufacturing integrated equipment systems, and processes.
• Manages, coaches, and develops direct and indirect team members.
• Manages personnel in the Manufacturing Engineering Function related to departmental activities and performance standards.
• Leads the development of departmental plans and deliverables.
• Provides technical consultation, leadership, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel and other functions.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including capital, daily operations, and organization structure.
• Leads the communications with all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Must have leadership and management experience and skills.
• Must be able to coach and motivate direct and indirect team members.
• You will need to delegate work assignments and leads change.
• Leads the process of working with outside suppliers.
• Must be able to provide technical inputs and direction for Manufacturing.
• Responsible for the PROCESS and process capability

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $112,000-$168,000. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
