Responsibilities

This position manages the daily operational needs and services of the Quality Management Department. Duties include facilitation of interdisciplinary teams, risk review to include operational and medical staff peer review support, analysis and reporting of quality process and outcome data, abstraction of clinical data, reporting and submission of clinical data to regulatory entities, staff education regarding continuous improvement principles and techniques, and coordination of regulatory compliance readiness. This position is also responsible for leading, coordinating and facilitating hospital and employed medical staff clinical quality improvement and patient safety improvement processes and initiatives (ambulatory and hospital-based). The Manager, Quality Administration provides supervision and oversight to the employees within the Quality Management department and serves as onsite coverage when the Director, Quality Management is not at the office.

Qualifications

Required:

7 years experience in healthcare quality, quality improvement, or peer review.
Minimum of 7 years in management of quality improvement, quality management,
BA/BS degree in Health Care Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Preferred:
Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.

Pay Range
$44.73 - $64.85 /hour
