Overview:
Manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of the Provider Float Pool and NHMG Resource Team, complex management responsibility (i.e., billing and collecting; call volume, trending, staffing and KPIs), and/or special projects, as directed by Administration. Responsible for affecting ongoing quality, productivity and efficiency in the area of responsibility. Drives transformation and program development. Demonstrates effective and efficient leadership, consultation, project management, relationship building, effective communication, decision making, execution and accountability. Serves as an effective business office liaison between clinic operations and all other areas. This posiiton requires ability to travel between Brunswick, Wilmington, Charlotte, & Winston-Salem,

Qualifications:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
  • Experience: Three years Successful leadership experience, required. One year Physician practice management experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
    • Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management techniques.
    • Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
    • Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
    • Skill in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data.
    • Skill in written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
    • Ability to exercise initiative, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making.
    • Ability to read, interpret and apply clinic policies and procedures.
    • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
    • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
    • This job will require traveling to various locations.
