Manager - Fencing Industry

We are a dynamic and innovative fencing company seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team based in Ventura County, California. Our company is transforming the fencing industry, and we aim to be a leading fencing brand in the areas we operate.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of our branch. You will ensure that our projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will recruit, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve our professional standards and sales goals. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements, identify potential new customers and market opportunities, and develop industry relationships to expand our company's presence.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the fencing industry
• Solid background in the supply and installation of fencing products
• Highly capable of developing new partnerships/relationships with a diverse range of clients
• Exceptional communication skills
• Motivated, self-starter, and willing to go the extra mile

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
