Management System Specialist

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Management System Specialist, are:

• Operational and administrative/user support of key enabling systems (e.g. Intelex Software Suite, Business Operating System, External Complaint, Observations, Audit Management);
• Drive continuous improvement projects in support of key enabling systems;
• Establish and maintain an active and updated inventory of systems deployment/connectivity through partnership with Regional SMEs;
• Support the OnePSS Quality Pillar effort in conjunction with the Head of IMS;
• Responsible for defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators for Systems efforts in collaboration with QE team and Data team;
• Represent the Quality Systems team on cross functional/global quality initiatives;
• Create a global procedure matrix that establishes a comprehensive review schedule to support the IMS Review goals;
• Perform and curate IMS and IMS related training in collaboration with content owners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant University degree or equivalent;
• Strong experience in process management, process improvement strategies;
• Understanding of Enabling system principles;
• Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the overall business vision and objectives;
• Strong motivation and experience participating in cross functional/cross cultural teams;
• Track record of being able to align and influence global and regional stakeholders at all levels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of professional experience with 2 years of experience in Quality or Systems focused roles.
