Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Management Analyst to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina. Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience to include development of program acquisition documentation, data collection and analysis, development of cost estimates, and development of program status reports, as well as knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps engineering, software development, and/or integration projects / programs

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience using IBM Jazz tools and / or JIRA

• Comprehensive knowledge of and direct experience implementing Agile / Scrum / SAFe concepts, practices, and processes

• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD projects at NIWC Atlantic

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and development

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university desired

• Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe certification(s) desired

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

• High-level attention to detail and the ability to track various projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

• Process-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Candidates must have active SECRET clearance
