The Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) is a campus of the University of Arkansas System that serves a unique population of non-traditional students—certified law enforcement professionals who are actively employed within our State’s police departments and sheriff’s offices. Summary of Job Duties:

Possess a Bachelor’s or greater Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a preferred minimum.

Have a minimum of two (2) years experience at a supervisory level in law enforcement, social services, or a related field.

Possess professional experience in investigating child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment cases.

Possess experience in the areas of training, research, or project development and implementation.

Possess or qualify for law enforcement instructor certification from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training.
