Maintenance Worker

*Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass a qualifying Motor Vehicle Record Authorization

Full-Time

Fall River, MA

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing maintenance, upkeep, and repair of a large number of residential and commercial properties. The Maintenance Worker will have working knowledge across all of the trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic repairs.

The Maintenance Worker will be organized and able to effectively communicate with clients, management, and staff. This position requires the occasional work in confined spaces, the ability to climb ladders, and the use of a lift. This position requires a strong work ethic, multitasking skills, and the ability to take the initiative.

Qualifications include:

· Valid Driver's License

· Qualifying Motor Vehicle Record Authorization

· Basic knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
