The Texan RV Park & Campus is situated on nearly 37 lush, green acres in East Texas. The Texan RV Park provides a beautiful campus for the National RV Training Academy students and guests staying a night or more. Located 66 miles southeast of Dallas, the town of Athens, Texas boasts numerous interesting sites and activities nearby.

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at the Texan RV Park in Athens, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of electrical, plumbing, septic and grading of sites/roads, as well as knowledge of pedestal electrical panels for RV hookups, plumbing repairs both in ground and above, and septic aerobic system maintenance. In addition, the candidate should be capable of operating and maintaining various types of equipment, including tractors, skid steers, zero turn mowers, and weed eaters.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance on electrical panels, including breaker switches and generator knowledge
• Identifying and repairing plumbing issues, both above and below ground
• Performing septic aerobic system maintenance, tank cleaning, sprinkler maintenance, and sump pump upkeep
• Conducting routine maintenance on various types of equipment, including tractors, skid steers, zero turn mowers, and weed eaters
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work conducted
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Conducting routine inspections of sites and roads to identify and address potential hazards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, septic, and grading of sites/roads
• Ability to operate and maintain tractors, skid steers, zero turn mowers, and weed eaters
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
