We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician/ Property Manager for our 47 unit Single story Apartment community in the Roseville MI Location

Position is full time and is a working & hands on position as well as requires strong leadership, organization and supervisory skills. On call is required for this position for all emergencies that come up on the property

Qualified applicants must have extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, routine HVAC and preventative building maintenance repairs.

Qualified applicants should have experience in coordinating the daily functions, schedules, goals and maintenance work flow of a typical mid-size residential apartment community as well as being able to perform in a timeline driven environment.

Qualified applicants should also have Apartment Turn experience and the ability to to complete basic renovations including cabinet door refacing, countertop and cabinet installation, painting, drywall repair and installation as well as all other plumbing and electrical skills that would normally be required to complete apartment turnover in a timely fashion

Must have:

• Must pass a criminal and personal background check as well as take and pass a drug test prior to the start of employment.
• High School Diploma required
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Must have own hand and service tools
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday, some weekends are required.
• On call is required

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with past experiences and references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
