Job description

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and general equipment.

Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and general equipment (i.e. robotic MIG welding, automatic CNC equipment, pneumatic torque guns, automatic transfer lines, automatic drilling stations, bending press and dies, automatic saw cutting and tumbling, PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley)/electrical controls, pneumatic and hydraulic fixturing, and miscellaneous equipment

· Perform preventative maintenance requirements

· Operation and programming of general maintenance machinery (lathes, band saws, mills, etc.)

· Make ship or weld moves to maintain product specifications

· Participate in 8D relevant to assigned work area

· Assist with training new operators (as it relates to maintenance related activities) and technicians

· Clean work area according to 5S standards

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 2+ years maintenance experience preferred

· Technical degree or certifications preferred

· Experience in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding applications, and CNC machines

· Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred

· Proficient skills with computers and Microsoft Office

· High level of attention to detail

· Strong organization skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and changing environment

· Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Pay: $21.86 - $33.68 per hour
