Our Ashley Industrial Molding Oelwein, IA location, is looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our 2nd & 3rd shift Maintenance team.

This position requires a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual with attention to detail, strong communication skills and a drive to contribute new ideas to a growing business.

The right candidate for the position should have the following Qualifications:

• Basic electrical 24VDC to 440 3 PH (must be able to read electrical schematics)
• Basic hydraulic knowledge (must be able to read hydraulic schematics)
• Operation of basic machine tools (horizontal band saw, vertical milling machine, engine lathe, surface grinder, etc.
• Metal fabrication (welding, cutting)
• Use of hand tools (must provide your own)
• Self-motivated and ability to work with a team or individually
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley, 5, RS Logix 500 and RS Logix 5000)
• G-Code CNC Programming
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics
• SMC knowledge a plus
• 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience.
