Maintenance Technician

A growing residential property management company is seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our team in Columbus, OH.

The successful candidate will be an energetic team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include timely completion of work orders and special projects. Other duties include but are not limited to:- Plumbing repairs- Electrical repairs- Carpentry repairs- HVAC repairs- Appliance repairs- Prepping apartments for make ready turns- Preventative maintenance- Snow removal and grounds maintenance- On-Call; responding to after-hour emergency calls

Job requirements:The Maintenance Technician must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the residential property management field. The candidate should have effective communication & follow up skills, experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, apartment turns, a strong customer-service orientation, and an ability/desire to work well on a team.
