NUCAP is a major supplier of brake technologies and components to OEMs for the past 25 years. We support our partners in the development of superior brake products. Designed alongside foundation brake engineers and utilizing our vast knowledge base, our products are driven by safety, fit, form and functional requirements. Our Wolcott, C.T. location is currently seeking a Machine Operator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machines
• Inspect parts using caliper/micrometer
• Take care of routine basic machine maintenance
• Keep work area neat & clean
• Able to work overtime when required
• Wear proper PPE and follow safety rules
• Can be assigned other duties at the discretion of management

Skills:

• Detail oriented
• Good math aptitude
• Ability to understand and recognize defective parts
• Have physical ability for frequent stooping & bending and constant standing
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Can follow directions

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

• High School diploma or G.E.D
• 1 year experience in manufacturing
• Be dependable and have reliable transportation
