Job description
- $5,000 sign on bonus plus referal bonuses
- $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
- We are an 82 bed skilled nursing facility located in Roselle.
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise certified nursing assistants.
- Ensure that all written policies and procedures that govern the day to day functions of the nursing department are followed.
- Complete all adminsitrative functions including charting; participating in surveys; admission, transfer and discharge of residents; reporting any compaints or grievances; and evaluating the care of the residents.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the departments.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiam.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
