You will:

• Provide on-site clinical support to medically complex adults with disabilities
• Perform on-going monitoring of the person’s medical care along with RN staff
• Medication and Treatment administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes

• Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nursing License
• One (1) year of experience preferred, not required.
• Experience with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities preferred, not required.
