- Location: South Charleston, WV (Facility will not accept candidates within 50 mile radius)
- Shift: Night Shift - 12 hours
The opening of LPN Med/Surg in South Charleston, WV has the Night shift availability. The shift will be of 12 hours. The job requires LPN License for WV State and BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent One year of experience is required as LPN Med/Surg.
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
- Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
