As a Logistics Workflow Specialist (Material Handler IV) you will utilize your logistics knowledge & expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of the below duties: utilizing warehouse management techniques to support shipping, and logistics coordination of carriers for both international and domestic orders but not limited and include, including receipts and inspections of goods, inventory control, nonconforming inventory management, material handling & packaging for warehousing, and management system. Logistics associates must have a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail to prioritize the organization’s daily operations and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met with maximum product quality. All members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Material Movements Physically and Systematically
- Manage Transactions for Nonconforming Material Physically and Systematically
- Receive and Process Inbound and Outbound Material per Customer and Honeywell Requirements
- Pick and Put-away Materials to Respective Staging and Stockroom Locations
- Identify and Manage Problem Shelf Materials for Receiving, Inspection, Stockroom and Shipping
- Manage Share Distribution Lists and Group Calendars on Outlook
- Add Parts to Receiving HOT List for Critical Inbound Parts
- Manage LTPRB for Demand
- Perform Core Supplier Consigned Reconciliations
- Supplier Purchase Approval - Complete Stock Checks and Approve Delivery Dates
- Subcontract Inventory Reconciliation
- Create Various Reports for Logistics and Key Customers
- Pull and Report Out on Logistics Metrics
- Perform SAP Transactions and Troubleshooting
- Create and Manage Work Instructions
- Participate in Annual Physical Inventory and Other Inventory Control Tasks
- Facilitate Cross Training Among Logistics Departments
- Manage Material Flow and Flex Employees as Needed
- Complete 5S and Other HOS Activities per the Logistics MOS.
- Assist in Any Logistics Task as Needed
- Lead and Participate in Team / Tier Meetings
- Meet FAA and ISO Requirements
- Ability to Drive a Forklift, Certification is a Plus.
- Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Extend, Reach, and Twist for Long Periods of Time.
- Crouch, Kneel and Stand Regularly Throughout Shifts.
- Must be Able to Use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- 4+ Years’ Experience in Logistics
