We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lobby Concierge to come grow with our team in New York, NY! This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of relevant experience looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop. We are a cross functional team looking for someone eager to make a lasting contribution!

Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM/8AM-5PM
What you will be doing:
- Welcome guests, receive and catalog guest information, orient new clients, and provide answers to inquiries.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Via in person, phone, email, or online communications.
- Keep building secure by receiving guests and contacting associated client host, coordinating with Building Security, and managing access levels for clients.
- May support the onsite business center, which may include: office supply stocking, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities, or mail.
What we need from you:
- 1+ year experience in concierge, administrative, retail, restaurants, or office services.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
- To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
- The capability to use/learn technology such as: handheld scanners, Adobe/Word, email, professional messaging (Teams, Slack, Google).
- An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- New York, NY 10019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Application Question(s):
- Can you manages the event spaces in the area of set up and breakdown and assuring all meeting setups are in place and ready for client arrivals? Please tell your experience in those scenarios.
- Do you have the ability to stand all day? And does standing all day effects your understanding on how to manage customer facing positions?
- Time and Attendance is important for this role. Can you commute to New York, NY 10019 without issue or trouble? And if you can commute tell us why you can, if you cant then tell us what Transportation Restrictions that will prohibit you from arriving to work on time.
- This positions are in Dayshift but flexibility is a must. Are you okay with the schedule of 7am-4pm and/or 8am-5pm?
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Concierge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
