Job Title: LMS SIP Team Member 6th Grade Representative
Work Location: Lakeside Middle School
Nature and Scope of Job: (1 or 2 sentence summary of position)
This is a supplemental position to be filled by a current certificated staff member at Lakeside
Middle School. The SIP team evaluates student data, plans and leads building professional
development, and communicates building goals among content and grade level teams.
Position Reports To: James Ashlock
Employment Period: 2023/24 School Year
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY:
As outlined by and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of Nine Mile Falls
Education Association (NMEA) and Policies and Procedures of Nine Mile Falls School District. CBAs
and Salary Schedules can be reviewed from the Human Resources page of the Nine Mile Falls School

The annual base salary for the position is: $1,440. Salary placement is according to the Nine Mile
Educators Association Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement and

Primary Job Functions
1. Actively participate in bi-monthly meetings.
2. Communicate SIP team plans with grade level and content colleagues.
3. Help plan and lead building-wide professional development.
4. Help establish building goals and benchmarks.
Contract Term: Continuing Replacement Supplemental

1. Current certificated staff member at Lakeside Middle School

1. The goal is to create a team of teachers that represents each curricular area, and grade
level.
