R70X Operator
Job Description
The Live Oak Plant has open positions in the Range 70X Inspection area. The R70X Inspector operator is an entry level position. The process is responsible for manufacturing carpet tile.
The primary function of this position is to facilitate the process of inspecting, certifying, and moving product to next process.

There are several positions within this area and associates are cross trained on the following positions:
Onliner
Quality Certifier/Reporter
Offliner/Booker
Rover
R90X

Some responsibilities are:
Inspect carpet
Make layouts and grade shade/shade to master
Book carpet orders
Confirm orders and accurately record data
Correctly set stacker settings
Cut samples and conduct quality critical certification checks
Handle non-conforming product and properly assign
Measure rolls and enter in inventory
Properly stage product and complete production paperwork
Perform Daily Team Maintenance and PM items associated with each job

Some of the skills needed to be successful in these positions are:
Satisfactorily perform demonstrated skills test for position
Properly manage time
Good attention to detail
Willing to train and safely operate powered industrial vehicle
Attend and participate in Departmental and Team meetings
Good work ethic, team player, and willing to cross train on other positions

Hours / Reporting:
The position works 3rd shift, 12-hours
Associates will report to the R70X Production Supervisor
