Danville Post-Acute Rehab currently is accepting applications for the position of Charge nurse (LVN or RN) for full-time NOC shift. Danville Post-Acute Rehab is a 49-bed, 5 Star Facility, short-term rehabilitation facility located in Danville, California.

Requirements:
- A qualified candidate MUST be an experienced Licensed Nurse with a proven track record of personal accountability, assertiveness, integrity, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment specializing in the treatment of high acuity patients.
- Exhibit leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, high energy, positive attitude and a sincere desire to serve patients with competence, exceptional customer service, professionalism and compassion.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a skilled nursing environment-Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States-Must be a licensed nurse in the state of CA and have a current license that can be verified through state and federal board review.
- Must have 2 year experience as a Licensed Nurse in a short-term rehab setting and must have a proven track record of regulatory compliance.
- Must be able to effectively respond in high pressure situations
- Must be a team player-Must display exceptional documentation compliance.
