Azalea Bodycare is looking for a fantastic LMT to add to our amazing team! We are proud to be voted best in massage in Community Votes Eugene 2021, 2022 and nominated in the Register Guard for best therapeutic massage in Reader's Choice 2023! Our 4 treatment room space is located in a safe, tranquil environment in Eugene.

We are located in the heart of Oakway Center and combine a therapeutic massage experience with focused treatment. Our sole focus is massage therapy and our rate of return clients is very high. We are looking for a massage therapist who is willing to bring their own experience and gifts and still be open to learning new and exciting techniques. Our LMT's are supported with the best equipment, location, and a stellar administrative team and an owner who is a practicing LMT as well. We need an LMT who is versatile and naturally good with people, able to truly listen to our clients. Recently, we had an LMT injured and several hours changed, so we have an overflow of clients and turn them away daily!

Requirements:

We are looking for an LMT who wants to be a part of our close-knit Azalea family. We are only interested in someone who is looking for long term employment - our clients become our regulars and high turnover is not part of our plan. *Please do not apply if you are in transition*

• Currently credentialed or willing to be credentialed with insurance companies
• Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
• Hot Stone is a plus - and pay $6 - $10 more per massage for your extra time cleaning and set up
• Gives a naturally "flowy" massage, when wanted for relaxation, but confident in blending therapeutic/focused treatment massage into the session
• Experience with Motor Vehicle claims or willingness to learn. MVC's are paid $10 per hour more per/hr
• Must have current Oregon LMT license and insurance
• Prefer 2 years experience, but will train the right person for clients and current staff match if less experienced
• We offer session times up to 2 hours and you must be able to work 4.5 - 5 massage hours per shift. Any massage over 60 min, we have 30 min to clean and prep before the next session.
• We provide couples/doubles massage and you must be willing to work as a team with another therapist, one of the best ways to keep your trade fresh!
• Calm, caring, positive personality who has ability to listen and focus on our clients while being very aware of surroundings, while being a team player with front desk and other LMT's
• Ability to use computer program for charting/SOAPS
• Attention to detail and superior cleanliness/sanitizing
• Sign on bonus after 7 months, based on how many shifts you average per week - $300 - $600
• Are you versed in Thai, craniosacral, cupping, gua sha, kinesio taping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial, or something else? We are looking to add new modalities to our menu and open to your expertise!
• Spanish speaker welcomed

• This is a W-2 position, so you do not have to worry about year end taxes
• Pay is very competitive, based on experience, plus tips, flat rate so no guessing on what % you will make or what your next your check might be. Pay is transparent
• All 4 beautiful treatment rooms have hydraulic tables
