Compensation:$20 hourly
Responsibilities:What you will do as an intake specialist:
You will interview 100+ potential clients a day on the phone, over e-mail, and through text messaging.- You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- You will be using our brand-new law firm software called Litify, and all Windows programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- We expect our candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
- High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Previous legal experience a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
