Valid driver's license
Experience in apartment leasing or sales
Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (cleaning, minor paint touch-ups, checklist completion)
Enforce community rules and respond to inquiries
Handle incoming calls and emails
Organize and lead quarterly tenant appreciation events
Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing inquiries
Maintain leasing records and reports, and assist with general office tasks
