Qualities We Are Looking For

    • Extensive professional experience in a similar type of role within HR, or a consultancy background
    • Evidence of managing large Organisational Design initiatives or Workforce Planning programs
    • Experience advising senior stakeholders on workforce operating models and strategic workforce planning
    • Must have experience working in an international environment with complex matrix structure
    • Project Management Experience
    • Evidence of managing complex projects with multiple streams
    • Great communication skills and organizational skills. Evidence of ability to persuade and influence others
    • Expert in data and analytics skills

Your Main Responsibilities

    • Managing reviews of Trendyol's organizational structure, and determining changes that may be required to ensure an effective organization
    • Establishing governance principles necessary to support the current organization
    • Leading the development and implementation of improved organizational effectiveness capabilities through change management and organizational design
    • Facilitating strategic workforce planning process
    • Working with the HR teams to communicate organizational skill requirements to help achieve organizational objectives
    • Provide knowledge to senior leadership team's latest commercial operating models and best practice
    • Design, develop, set and review organizational development or design policies and process guidelines
