Lead Medical Assistant Position for LEAN MD, a medically supported weight loss program.

We are a busy, dynamic medically supported weight loss clinic in San Ramon seeking an outgoing and caring Lead Medical Assistant to add to our already exceptional staff. The office prides itself on offering the highest level of care and service.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast paced environment and must have the ability to multi task and perform duties while providing exceptional customer service. This candidate must have exceptional communication skills. Primary care and medical back office knowledge is essential. Health and wellness experience required, as well as experience with Epic, our electronic medical record and practice management system. ORGANIZATION AND MULTITASKING SKILLS A MUST! Please do not inquire if you do not have at least 2 year Medical Assisting experience.

This position includes but is not limited to assisting with office duties such as phone calls, scheduling, rooming patients etc., As well as patient care with our medically supported weight loss program LeanMD; and our cosmetic business with Skinceuticals our skin care products, and BioTE our hormone optimization program.

Other Qualifications include: Effectively work as a Team player; Maintain a professional demeanor at all times; Maintain a high level of confidentiality; Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent Telephone Skills, Strong Computer Skills, Punctual, and Dependable with a Strong Work Ethic.

This is a full time position. Specifically seeking a candidate who is flexible reliable and able to work a full time schedule.
