OVERVIEW
The Lead Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the American Sugar Refining and portfolio of brands (ASR Group) marketing automation tactics and technology across all channels and functions. The Lead Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for managing and fully leveraging the capabilities of various marketing automation, AI, and chat platforms of the organization. This role will work closely with the marketing, communications, web management and outsourced teams.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, edit, test, and deploy marketing automation journeys and email communications within designated marketing automation platforms
- Own processes and documentation for all marketing automation activities including workflows, testing, programs, campaigns, segmentation, data mapping, and more
- Establish scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management
- Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, chat bots, SMS, content and social channels including Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
- Oversee various agency partners and direct them in asset creation and development for marketing automation campaigns and initiatives
- Create dynamic and personalized content, forms and landing pages
- Contribute new innovative, breakthrough ideas toward the growth of the company
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization
- Stay current on trends and best practices in marketing automation
- Performs other duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Minimum of 2+ years on a digital marketing team with email or marketing automation development as a core requirement
- Knowledge in marketing automation softwares such as Mailchimp, Attentive, Mobile Monkey
- Experience with Linkedin lead generation campaigns
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Preferably with a marketing, digital or communications focus
