We are seeking motivated professionals with an eye for quality to join our team of Assemblers. The ideal candidate is an organized, self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Our Assemblers are responsible for assembling products and troubleshooting issues, and will have the opportunity to work on several projects simultaneously. We're looking for candidates with experience in equipment maintenance and light carpentry who can adapt their abilities in order to meet our growing organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be able to follow directions well, have a strong understanding of mechanics, and be a quick learner.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all products are assembled correctly.
• Follow all safety standards when operating machines and lifting objects.
• Coordinate with the rest of the assembly line.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline the assembly process and improve product quality

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to follow directions well
• Strong understanding of mechanics and assembly processes

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to change
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
