We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at our prestigious Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy and provide daily oversight to a new Cleaning, Hospitality and Landscaping. In this role, you will manage a team of 10-20 Landscape, Hospitality and Cleaning Ambassadors. You'll be responsible for coordinating recruitment, training, and deployment of resources. You will also be responsible for interfacing with our client, Rose Kennedy Greenway in order to deliver continual program improvements and manage daily program operations.

To be successful in this position, you should have extensive landscaping experience as well as: strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, and an understanding of the importance of creating a great visitor experience. You should also be a problem solver with a good sense of humor and a willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. Experience in quality assurance, team building, and creating a positive culture is also a plus.

Please note that this is a full-time role with a varied schedule that may include weekends and snow events. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 3 years of management, teambuilding and landscaping is required. A reliable commute or willingness to relocate before starting work is also required.
