The starting pay rate for the Laboratory Technician II position is $ 18.00 an hour. Annual merit bonus and incentive plans are also offered. This position works a Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM shift and offers overtime potential based on business needs.
What you will do with us:
- Prepare media and reagents, label and move glassware in a highly regulated FDA, ISO and GMP environment
- Maintain, clean, and sterilize Laboratory materials
- Assist in the operation of the steam sterilizer
- Record and maintain data in paper and electronic form
Education Degree
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
- Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times
- Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team
- Demonstrate reliability and dependability
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate computer literacy, and basic math skills
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to learn technical skills
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and work in high pressure situations
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Be attentive to detail
