Position Description:

Manages set up of instructional equipment in teaching laboratories and provides technical support for lab; collaborates with faculty on design of lab and training modules; trains students, faculty, and staff on safe operations of equipment; researches and secures vendors for purchase of equipment; teaches up to three for-credit courses per academic year in Technology & Engineering Education; and assists with department projects.


Education Requirements:

Master's degree in technology education (teaching), engineering, or related field required.


Required Qualifications:

At least five years of experience teaching industrial technology at the high school or undergraduate level and licensure to teach secondary education in Iowa required.
