Sedona is an American fine dining restaurant located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Since 1993, we have been creating magnificent dining experiences for our loyal guests.

Seeking Culinary Rockstars!

We are seeking a few talented people to join our culinary team this summer. Learn the true meaning of hospitality while working with professionals. To be considered, you must be honest, optimistic, self-aware, and kind. You will also need:

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food.
• Maintain and properly use assigned kitchen equipment.
• Consistently season and cook our cuisine to the standards taught by management.
• Follow standard operating procedures of all recipes, techniques for assigned dishes.
• Responsible for correct product storage including labeling and dating procedures.
• Exhibit safe knife skills in speed and accuracy to maintain a professional line cook's workload.
• Maintain a clear dish station including but not limited to chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards.
• Assist with our weekly deep cleaning schedule.
• Support our culinary team and dishwasher whenever needed.
• Have intimate knowledge of Department of Health standards and use them as a guide to keep kitchen spaces tidy, and hold other team members accountable.

Line Cook shifts are 3:30pm - 11:00pm five nights per week. Complementary team building family meals served every shift.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
