Kitchen Manager/Assistant Executive Chef
Job description
Assist Executive Chef with daily food preparation and production
Creating high quality daily specials and produce a la carte items consistently
Order food products and dry products as well as taking daily inventory
Ensure kitchen equipment and supplies are clean and functioning properly
Implement weekly kitchen staff schedule
Assist with banquets as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
