ROD - Quality - Junior Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active QA support of challenging customer and R&D projects at E-Mobility / Hybrid / ADAS areas
- Automotive SPICE / VDA Guidelines / KGAS compliance shall be ensured
- Concepts regarding application of the extended VDA scope, incl. HW SPICE need to be implemented at customer projects covering System, SW, HW, MECH content
- Identification and realization of process/quality improvement potentials with respect to the Continuous Improvement Process
- Interface and close collaboration to several stakeholders from project or PMT organization to ensure the integrity of the applied process
- FMEA moderation and documentation with APIS IQ-FMEA
- Support regarding the definition and monitoring of risk mitigation measures
- Close interaction with the customer regarding quality improvement aspects
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in business engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Physics or in any other comparative fields
- First experience in automotive domain
- Know-how of “state of the art” automotive standards and processes, e.g. ASPICE, VDA Guideline
- Knowledge of KGAS, Hardware-SPICE and Mechanical-SPICE would be an advantage
- Know-how regarding FMEA methodology and tool APIS IQ-FMEA would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and structural skills to perform analysis and propose innovations
- Desire to continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills abilities
- Strong communication skills and open-mindedness
- Good command of German/English
- Ability to travel within company’s affiliates / customer sites
