• Get to know the clients on your caseload so that you understand their needs and can identify their skills to be successful in the workplace.
• Assist in building basic life skills to help them be successful in the workplace.
• Help with job search skills - resume writing, interview skills and assist in the hiring process.
• Support the client on the job for job duties.
• Work closely with employers and serve as a liaison between the client, co-workers, and employer.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Valid Utah driver's license.
• Clean driving record (no major violations, 2 or fewer minor traffic violations).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• $17.75 per hour.
