About the Role
FareHarbor is looking for an experienced IT Services Administrator to manage FareHarbor's IT systems. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong background in IT systems administration.
We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about helping FareHarbor employees across the globe to ensure that the business can operate smoothly. This position will report to the Business Operations Manager, who is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
What you'll do here:
- Provide technical support to all FareHarbor employees, assisting in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues affecting users' IT systems
- Manage system access for joiners, movers, and leavers
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Manage individual and group user access rights
- Collaborate with other teams and departments at FareHarbor and Booking.com to ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives
- Support IT service delivery-related projects as needed
- Create and maintain relevant help pages, educate our end users, and serve as a subject matter expert for FareHarbor's IT systems
- Support software/system implementation, migration, and sunsetting projects
- Support AV troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with IT process automation, helping FareHarbor to use IT systems efficiently
- Maintain hardware and software system inventory
- Help to maintain vendor relationships related to IT systems
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of providing IT technical support required; prior experience providing IT support remotely to a distributed workforce highly preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow experience preferred but not required)
- Critical thinker and an innovative problem solver
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision
- 1-2 years of experience configuring or administering enterprise software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Web Single Sign-On technologies, such as Okta
- Experience with access administration and controls
- Working knowledge of macOS and related systems
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Project management skills

Salary Range: $58,046-$72,557, plus 10% bonus potential
