Job description
As the IT Logistics Assistant you will coordinate the receiving and shipment of computer hardware and equipment.
This position is located at our East Dubuque General Office Monday - Friday.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

Maintaining the IT warehouse inventory in an appropriate state of readiness for deployment.

Notifying Helpdesk Supervisor of equipment inventory that may need to be replenished.

Maintain the warehouse IT inventory by making sure everything is put away in the appropriate place.

Maintaining appropriate records and reports.

Packaging all outgoing shipments to minimize shipping damages.

Promote positive company image with customers both inside and outside the company, vendors, etc.

Ability to work independently. Ability to establish and maintain an effective work relationships with employees.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
