As the C&ID Tech Lead, you will be part of the C&ID Product Team, led by the Business Product Owner. You will be responsible for managing a tech stack that encompasses all technologies used for collecting, processing and distributing pet parent marketing consent, but also Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on technical products

• Previous experience working in e-commerce, D2C dealing with consent and consumer data-related topics

• Understanding of consent management regulations (GDPR, California Act,..)

• Understanding of stacks: OneTrust, ForgeRock, OKTA,...

• Ability to manage and convince different levels of stakeholders, especially senior leaders, in different countries and businesses

• Experience working in an international environment, in complex organisations

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Co-creating a product vision and strategy with senior management

• Crafting product roadmaps and prioritizing features to align with business goals

• Overseeing the entire technical product lifecycle from ideation to launch

• Working closely with engineering, design, and user experience teams to bring product to market

• Assessing market performance and making data-driven recommendations for product improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule

• Acting as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders and customers

• Ensuring technical feasibility by collaborating with engineering teams and setting technical specifications

• Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements with the support of Commercial, Legal, InfoSec, GDO, and EA teams.

• Staying current with industry trends and new technologies to inform product strategy.

• Collaborating closely with external software company teams on commercial negotiations, feature deployment, bug fixing and roadmap planning
