INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Inventory Control - Office Support at the Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with corporate and branch management to deliver effective and accurate inventory.
  • Deliver procedural documents and training materials to support company inventory and related goals.
  • Provide remote training and procedural updates to 35 branches throughout the intermountain region including retail stores, agronomy plants, animal feed manufacturing facilities and a central distribution center.
  • Provide support to branches and corporate personnel via phone, email, and screen sharing technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate cycle counts and audits and observe activities to confirm effectiveness of training and compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Provide feedback on both the success of the training and any suggestions to improve training materials.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for procedural changes.
  • Assist with other training and audit activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience teaching both online and in person.
  • Communicate orally and in writing.
  • Experience documenting procedures.
  • Experience working with management to improve inventory effectiveness.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
