ChampionX has an immediate need for an Inventory Auditor located in Crowley, TX This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.

This position will be responsible for analyzing inventory levels, requisitions, backorders, sales and in-transit balances and working with and supporting the product replenishment and logistics team (shipping & receiving). What You Will Do:

Primary responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Audit, verify, and analyze inventory of product and raw materials throughout multiple locations
  • Reconcile inventory variances
  • Ensure inventory accuracy metric is achieved
  • Process and reconcile inventory orders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our inventory system
  • Investigate variances, determine root causes, and recommend actions to minimize
  • Create and maintain reports to ensure accuracy of inventory levels
  • Monitor cycle count program at Crowley – will be responsible for leading, standardizing, and sustaining program
  • Quarterly visits to warehouse for inventory analysis and product assembly training.
  • Assist in level and stock category review process
  • Work weekly with the ops team in identifying predictive missed sales and coordinating actions to prevent them
  • Assist the physical inventory process for Crowley
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Licensing and Certifications:

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Four-year college or university degree from an accredited program

Minimum Qualifications:

Required

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience with inventory auditing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
