Deine Hauptaufgaben:

• Erstellen von Volumenprognosen sowie Analyse und Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
• Aufbereitung und Analyse aller mengenbezogenen Daten für die Prognose
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Mengenplanung
• Erstellen von Berichten für das Managementteam für die gesamte Region
• Wöchentliche Besprechungen mit der Verkaufsabteilung
• Enge Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung in Italien

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain, Logistik oder Finanzen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics oder Finanzen
• Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit konzeptionellem und perspektivischem Denken
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• SAP-Erfahrung gilt als Plus
• Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
• Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, proaktiv, serviceorientiert, engagiert und teamorientiert

Key Accountabilities:

• Creation of volume forecasts as well as analysis and creation of ad hoc analyses
• Preparation and analysis of all quantity-related data for the forecast
• Close cooperation and support of the sales team in volume planning
• Prepare reports for the management team for the entire region
• Weekly meetings with the sales department
• Close coordination with production planning in Italy

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in economics with a focus on supply chain, logistics or finance or a comparable subject
• First experience in demand planning, supply chain, sales analytics or finance
• Excellent analytical skills combined with conceptual and perspective thinking
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• SAP experience is considered a plus
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• High degree of independence, proactive, service-oriented, committed and team-oriented
