Job description
- Global customer responsibility and support for the assigned customer group
- Strengthening and further development of customer relationships
- Active sales and marketing of the product portfolio
- Offer preparation, presentation, and negotiations
- Negotiation of contracts, prices, and other conditions
- Tracking and reporting of sales figures (revenue and profit) and creation of a forecast at customer and region level – OI (order intake), budget and strategic planning
- Global Strategy development for the customer group in alignment with regions, KAM, and sales management
- Acquisition of new customers
- Coordination and alignment of sales tasks and activities with other departments such as, key account management, controlling, SCM (supply chain management), technical customer management and all other relevant departments
- Preparation and implementation of customer visits
- Participation in trade fairs (national and international)
