• Assist with building and optimizing digital campaigns with effective use of tools, technology, and resources
• Work with outside agencies to analyze the performance of posts, blogs, SEO strategies and social medial marketing strategies and provide recommendations to drive higher levels of engagement
• Conduct audit of Amazon and .com websites for all brands (Metagenics and BA) to ensure continuity and most up-to-date content available
• Use various platforms such at Stackline, SimilarWeb, and Sprout Social to gather data insights and share with appropriate product and brand managers
• Act as liaison between marketing and product development team to deliver needed assets and content update
• Monitor posts and content to help foster a consistent brand message
• Assist with paid search initiatives
• Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested

What you'll need:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate and or graduate program studying marketing, business, communications
• Preferred sophomore or later status
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience working on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience working with various digital analytic tools (Stackline, Similarweb, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, PowerBI)
• Familiar with agile process of project management
• Strong communication skills

Physical requirements/working conditions:

• Sits at a computer station, meeting table or work desk for more than two-thirds of each day
• Stands and walks to other stations and departments throughout the day
• Uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment most of the day
• May stoop or crouch to access files or storage
• Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
• Hearing and speech within normal ranges and sufficient for clear communication face to face and especially via the telephone
• Lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; lifts 25 pounds occasionally
• Exposed to noise levels typical of office environments

The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo is $18.00/hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
