Title: Instructional Designer CyberSecurity

Start: May 1st

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Remote

The Instructional Designer is part of a multi-disciplinary creative team designing learning solutions for instructor-led curriculum, e-learning and blended learning experiences for a variety of content areas.
Work in a team environment in Learning & Design and across other areas of the organization, including Content, Product and Multimedia to design, develop and deliver highly effective learning assets.
Develop creative digital learning solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop high-quality learning products based on performance-learning objectives. Implement best practices and branding guidelines on learning deliverables.
• Apply adult learning theory and structured methodology to the instructional design process to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Create storyboards to include draft screen layouts, content, flow, graphics, audio script, and interactions appropriate to the content Engage,obtain content and reviews from SMEs

Curate content from all relevant bodies of knowledge and resources

• Apply adult learning principles and incorporate the best practice delivery techniques.
• Develop alpha, beta and gold versions of Storyline files from storyboards Incorporate peer and SME review feedback.

Leverage approved templates, visuals, multi-media
Optimize learner experience

• Manage projects efficiently to ensure on-time completion, anticipation of roadblocks, proactive resolution and clear communication of project timelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to develop, support and deliver virtual and web-based courses, leveraging and optimizing learning delivery platform features and functionality.

Required Skills

• Extensive (5-7 years) experience in leveraging Storyline Articulate
• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity principles.
