Position Summary
The Infusion Account Executive is responsible for modeling the 3 Company values of Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence, and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Infusion Account Executive will serve as a liaison to existing and new Ancillary customers. S/he is responsible for ensuring positive client relations, high customer service standards, maximizing services at each facility and the identification of new and potential business. The Infusion Account Executive may also have additional responsibilities for designated large accounts, and implementation of new national programs and initiatives.

Position Specific Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain routine contacts (to include visits, phone calls and mailings) to existing clients in order to ensure smooth working relationships (field based marketing).
- Build solid relationships with personnel at various facilities in order to promote services and assist in the identification of new business opportunities.
- Maintain all customer relationship activity utilizing SFDC database, to include account planning, pipeline, retention and growth efforts and other assigned tasks.
- Work with Operations personnel to assist in maintaining high levels of customer service with existing accounts.
- Responsible for the gathering of information regarding competition and have thorough understanding of competitors in assigned area.
- Work with Marketing/Communications to develop effective communication and marketing material (for internal and external purposes).
- Demonstrate a professional approach to creating value and gaining confidence in Evolution Health services from customers.
- Assist operations in the development of systems that encourage feedback from crews regarding barriers in service and service incidents.
- When applicable, assist in training of new Account Executives.
- Respond to, document and ensure follow up to all service inquiries received from internal and external customers in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
Skills
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, colleagues, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.
- Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces hospice philosophy.
