About you

You are performance driven, thrive on collaboration, understand a customer’s value, are inspired by transformation, possess a high level of accountability, assertive team player and want to be a part of the world’s hottest Project Management Trainee Program……

In addition, you have:

• 2+ years of experience working in an industrial environment (Steel making industry is ideal)
• Familiarity with heavy industrial environments and related safety standards
• Must be comfortable in dealing with customers from all levels
• Independent worker and self-starter

• Hands on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

About the opportunity

During this extensive program, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting world of refractory. In a dynamic, environment, you will gain experience in the areas of Account Management, Operations and Technical Marketing, as well as participate in strategic projects in the company's growth. At the end of the trainee program, you will take on conceptual, analytical and operational tasks in our sales unit.

You will also:

• Participate in a 12-month trainee program including two 6-month rotational assignments
• Actively engage and participate in training assignment
• Become familiar with product lines, selling methods and customer care that affect each phase of our business.
• Seek feedback constantly and adapt to an ever-changing industry with agility and confidence
