Edible Arrangements is looking for several Team members who enjoy sweetening peoples days, are outgoing and thrive in a fast paced environment! The ideal candidate will be able to work in store helping with production but also take deliveries as needed.

Team members are paid hourly while working on production and are paid hourly +$3 per delivery while making deliveries

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge & quality standards
• Ensuring our guests have the sweetest experience and find the perfect gift for each occassion
• Maintain our guest relationships by following up after orders, making reminder calls, and sampling dipped fruit and Bakeshop treats
• Maintain clean and inviting lobby, merchandised to Edible specifications
• Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures
• Fruit preparation, chocolate dipping and designing of our special treats and arrangements
• Minimal Cash handling
• Delivering

To be an Edible Arrangements Driver, the ideal candidate MUST:

• Have your own vehicle (must be a closed vehicle with AC in case of warm weather)
• Have a valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Proof of insurance
• Have a smart phone with space to download our delivery app
• Be well groomed; professional in appearance
• Be a courteous, safe, and a friendly driver at ALL times
• Have great communication skills
• Be efficient with a computer, smartphone & GPS
• Be a quick learner with a positive attitude
• Be good at managing time, working independently, honest, have great customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the US

If hired, you will be required to work some Weekends, Holidays, and the days leading up to the holidays as this is our busiest time (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day etc), plus other Hallmark Holidays.
