Looking for an In-Home Clinician (Per Diem) for the PFC Program ($58-$68 per hour!)
Mileage Reimbursement!


Job Summary:

Responsible for providing in-home services to children, adolescents, and their families to increase family stabilization. Assure departmental objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally.


What You Will Do:

  • Provide short-term in-home counseling services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challenges
  • Document in designated electronic health record promptly
  • Communicate and collaborate with system partners, children's families, and team members to benefit youth and families
  • Provide individual and family therapy to establish family stabilization

What We Need to See:

  • A licensed or provisionally licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LCADC or MFT
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, or Polish speaking preferred), ABA, or sign language a plus
  • One (1) year of work experience with children and adolescent populations
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy
